01
Whole Home Systems
Softening for the hardness, carbon for the chlorine, and staged builds for iron and sulfur. Installed where the water enters the house, so every tap is downstream of it.
Our best sellerWater Softener with Chlorine Filtration
Hardness and chlorine, handled in one tank.
This is the system most Palm Beach County homes end up with, because it deals with the two things nearly every house here has: hardness, and the chlorine or chloramine the utility has to put in to get the water to you safely. It softens by removing calcium and magnesium and filters the chlorine that causes the taste, the smell and the dry skin. Softer water on your skin and hair, no more scale building up in the plumbing, and appliances that last longer than they otherwise would.

Whole Home Water Softener
For the hardness, and everything hardness ruins.
A dedicated softener that takes the calcium and magnesium out of every drop entering the house. That is what stops scale building up inside the water heater, on the shower door and around the faucet aerators. Soap and detergent start working properly again, so you use less of both, and laundry comes out softer. Where the water is genuinely hard, this is the single biggest change you can make to a house.

Whole Home Water Filter
No salt, no drain, no maintenance.
A filtration-only system for sediment, dirt, rust and the particulate matter that comes with older plumbing, and there is a lot of older plumbing in this county. It protects the pipes and fixtures downstream and keeps pressure strong and steady. Nothing to refill, nothing to plumb to a drain, and nothing to remember.

Whole Home Salt-Free Conditioner
Scale control, without salt or a drain.
A conditioner changes the hardness minerals so they are far less likely to stick to your pipes, your heater element and your shower glass, without removing them and without using any salt. There is no regeneration cycle and no wastewater, which makes it the low-maintenance option and a good fit where a drain line is difficult. Worth being straight about the difference: it controls scale rather than removing hardness, so if you want the classic slippery soft-water feel, the softener is the one.

City Water Dual Tank
Two tanks: one softens, one filters.
The bigger city-water build. A dedicated softening tank and a dedicated carbon tank, plumbed in at the point of entry so every tap, shower and appliance in the house is downstream of both. Treating in stages does each job properly rather than asking one bed of media to do everything, and both tanks backflush themselves to keep the system working for longer.

Well Water Dual Tank
Built for a well, a different job.
Out in The Acreage, Loxahatchee and the unincorporated parts of the county, plenty of properties are on their own well, and a well brings sediment, iron, sulfur odours and whatever else the ground it sits in has to give. This is a staged two-tank build with Katalox Light for the iron, designed specifically for private wells. Clearer water, no more rust staining in the laundry and on the fixtures, and the rotten-egg smell dealt with properly rather than masked.

Home Iron and Sulfur Removal System
For orange staining and the rotten-egg smell.
Iron and hydrogen sulfide have to be oxidised before anything can filter them out, which is why a softener on its own will never fix a sulfur smell, no matter who tells you otherwise. This system oxidises first and filters second, turning both into particles it can physically remove. The result is clear, odour-free water at every tap, and the end of rust stains in the sink and the laundry.

Drinking Water Systems
Reverse osmosis at the kitchen sink, the upgrade every household notices first. Better coffee, better ice, and no more buying bottled water.
The one people notice firstHWC AlkaPro 800
Tankless reverse osmosis, straight from the tap.
A smart, tankless reverse osmosis system that sits under the kitchen sink and treats the water you actually drink and cook with. No storage tank taking up the cupboard, 800 gallons a day of capacity, and a dedicated faucet you can colour-match to the rest of your kitchen. This is the upgrade people comment on within a day, in the coffee, in the ice, and in a plain glass of water.

5 Stage RO
The classic tank system, in five stages.
A traditional storage-tank reverse osmosis system with five stages of filtration, feeding its own dedicated drinking water faucet. It stores purified water ready to draw, which suits households that pull a lot of water at once. Proven, straightforward, and easy to maintain.

Add Ons
The pieces that finish a system: UV on a well, sediment filtration up front, and tidy housings for equipment that has to live outside.

Whole Home UV Purifier
Ultraviolet light, nothing added to the water.
UV neutralises bacteria and microorganisms as the water enters the house, with no chemicals involved. On a private well this is the layer that matters most after heavy rain or a flood, and Florida has plenty of both. It integrates with whole-home filtration and comes with a spare bulb so maintenance never means downtime.

Pre Sediment Filter
First in line, protecting everything after it.
A big-blue sediment housing that catches dirt, sand, rust and grit before any of it reaches the house or the rest of the system. In a county with as much older plumbing as this one, it is often the cheapest thing on the list that makes the biggest difference, it keeps the equipment behind it working properly and makes it last.

Faux Rock Installation
Equipment outside, out of sight.
A hollow faux rock that hides a buried or outdoor system in the landscaping and shields it from the weather, while still opening up for service. In a lot of Palm Beach County homes the equipment has to go outside, this is how it goes outside without becoming the first thing you see in the yard.

Shed Installation
A proper housing for an outdoor system.
A shed enclosure that keeps an outdoor system out of the weather and out of sight, with easy access when it needs servicing. The practical choice where there is no garage space and the equipment has to sit outside, it keeps everything tidy and extends the life of the system.

Choosing a system

Which water treatment system do I need?
The free in-home water test answers that in about 15 minutes at your kitchen sink. Most Palm Beach County homes on city water end up with the Water Softener with Chlorine Filtration plus reverse osmosis at the kitchen tap. Homes whose water already arrives soft get more from carbon filtration and reverse osmosis, and private wells get a system built for iron, sulfur and sediment.
What comes in the softener plus reverse osmosis package?
A whole-home water softener and a reverse osmosis drinking water system, installed, with a lifetime warranty and the free in-home water test, from $2,850. A well, a larger home or extra filtration can add to that, and the test gives you the exact figure before you decide.
Do you install systems for private well water?
Yes. Plenty of properties in The Acreage, Loxahatchee and the unincorporated county are on private wells, and a well needs a different build: the Well Water Dual Tank with Katalox Light for iron, the Home Iron and Sulfur Removal System where sulfur is strong, and the Whole Home UV Purifier for bacteria. EPA notes that private well owners are responsible for the quality of their own water.
How long does installation take?
A whole-home system is usually half a day, and an under-sink reverse osmosis system about two hours. We beat competitors on time to install and on service, and we clean up before we leave. The price agreed at the water test is the price at the end.
