How accurate is the information on this site?
We work to keep everything here accurate, including product specifications and warranty summaries. Specifications come from manufacturer documentation and can change. The controlling document for warranty coverage is the manufacturer’s written warranty supplied with your system.
How do quotes and pricing work?
Prices shown on this site are indicative. A binding price comes from a written quote for your specific home after we’ve tested your water and seen where the equipment has to go. Promotional pricing is subject to the terms stated at the time.
What is the water lookup tool for?
Our ZIP lookup gives general information about which utility supplies an area and where that utility sources water. ZIP boundaries and utility service areas don’t align perfectly, confirm your provider on your water bill. The tool is informational and is not a substitute for testing your actual water.
The same applies to the Honest Water Score on our rankings and community pages. It is our own rubric, built from each utility’s official annual water quality report (its Consumer Confidence Report), and it is informational. The free in-home water test is what measures the water at your tap.

We link to utility websites and other third-party resources so you can check our claims, for example on our county water comparison. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content.

The manufacturer's written warranty supplied with your system is the controlling document for warranty coverage. Our lifetime warranty comes with every system we install, and you receive the written terms for the exact system you buy.
