Honest Water Co. HWC AlkaPro 800 tankless reverse osmosis system with its dedicated faucetThe one people notice first

HWC AlkaPro 800

Tankless reverse osmosis, straight from the tap.

A smart, tankless reverse osmosis system that sits under the kitchen sink and treats the water you actually drink and cook with. No storage tank taking up the cupboard, 800 gallons a day of capacity, and a dedicated faucet you can colour-match to the rest of your kitchen. This is the upgrade people comment on within a day, in the coffee, in the ice, and in a plain glass of water.

Best for: Every home, and anyone still buying bottled water

5 Stage RO

The classic tank system, in five stages.

A traditional storage-tank reverse osmosis system with five stages of filtration, feeding its own dedicated drinking water faucet. It stores purified water ready to draw, which suits households that pull a lot of water at once. Proven, straightforward, and easy to maintain.

Worth knowing

Why this matters

It filters to 0.0001 microns

Fine enough to catch lead and other heavy metals, dissolved solids and contaminants that a carbon filter alone will pass straight through.

Your coffee and ice change noticeably

The taste difference in coffee, tea and ice is the thing customers mention most. Cooking too, pasta water and stock genuinely taste different.

It replaces bottled water

A household getting through cases of bottled water a month usually finds an RO system pays for itself faster than they expected, and stops the plastic.

Questions

Drinking Water Systems: common questions

Anything else, call Mike on (561) 354-3095. A real person answers.

What does reverse osmosis remove from tap water?

Reverse osmosis pushes water through a membrane fine enough, 0.0001 microns, to strip out dissolved solids, heavy metals like lead, and the chlorine or chloramine left from disinfection. EPA's home water treatment guidance lists reverse osmosis among the methods that remove lead. It is the water you drink, cook with and fill the coffee machine from, and the change shows up first in coffee, tea and ice.

Tankless or tank: which reverse osmosis system should I choose?

The HWC AlkaPro 800 is tankless, rated at 800 gallons a day, and keeps the cupboard under the sink clear; it is the one people notice first. The 5 Stage RO stores purified water in a tank, ready to draw, which suits households that pull a lot of water at once. Both feed their own drinking water faucet in your choice of five finishes.

Do I need reverse osmosis if I already have a whole-home system?

They do different jobs, and plenty of homes here want both. A whole-home softener or filter treats every tap for hardness and chlorine; reverse osmosis treats the water you drink to a much finer level. That is why our most popular package pairs the two: a softener plus reverse osmosis, from $2,850 installed, with a lifetime warranty.

How long does an under-sink reverse osmosis install take?

About two hours. We fit the system under the kitchen sink, install the dedicated faucet in the finish you picked and clean up before we leave. The free in-home test beforehand, about 15 minutes at your kitchen sink, gives you the exact price first.
