What is the fastest way to reach you?
Call or text (561) 354-3095. Mike answers during business hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 10am to 5pm, Sunday 10am to 5pm. Email info@honestwatercopb.com and the form on this page work any time of day.
Do you come to my home?
Yes. Every quote starts with a free water test at your own kitchen sink, anywhere in Palm Beach County. It takes about 15 minutes, you see the result yourself, and you get an exact price before you decide.
Why test at my sink if my utility publishes a report?
Your utility's annual Consumer Confidence Report, which every community water system publishes under EPA rules, describes the water leaving its plant. The free test measures what actually reaches your tap after the pipes in between, so the system we recommend fits your home.
What should I have ready when I get in touch?
Your ZIP code and a line about what you notice, like spotting on glassware, a pool smell or a private well, is plenty. From there we book your free water test at a time that suits you.
How much does a system cost?
Our softener plus reverse osmosis package starts at $2,850 installed, with a lifetime warranty. The free in-home test turns that into an exact price for your home, before you decide.
Which areas do you serve?
All of Palm Beach County: 32 communities, from Jupiter and Tequesta to Boca Raton, and out west to Wellington, The Acreage and Belle Glade.
