Whole Home Systems
Whole-home water softeners and filtration
Our whole-home systems treat water where it enters your Palm Beach County home, so every tap, shower and appliance gets softened, filtered water; the softener plus reverse osmosis package starts at $2,850 installed, and a free in-home test sets your exact price.
Our best sellerWater Softener with Chlorine Filtration
Hardness and chlorine, handled in one tank.
This is the system most Palm Beach County homes end up with, because it deals with the two things nearly every house here has: hardness, and the chlorine or chloramine the utility has to put in to get the water to you safely. It softens by removing calcium and magnesium and filters the chlorine that causes the taste, the smell and the dry skin. Softer water on your skin and hair, no more scale building up in the plumbing, and appliances that last longer than they otherwise would.
Best for: Most homes on city water anywhere in Palm Beach County

Whole Home Water Softener
For the hardness, and everything hardness ruins.
A dedicated softener that takes the calcium and magnesium out of every drop entering the house. That is what stops scale building up inside the water heater, on the shower door and around the faucet aerators. Soap and detergent start working properly again, so you use less of both, and laundry comes out softer. Where the water is genuinely hard, this is the single biggest change you can make to a house.
Best for: Homes where the test comes back hard

Whole Home Water Filter
No salt, no drain, no maintenance.
A filtration-only system for sediment, dirt, rust and the particulate matter that comes with older plumbing, and there is a lot of older plumbing in this county. It protects the pipes and fixtures downstream and keeps pressure strong and steady. Nothing to refill, nothing to plumb to a drain, and nothing to remember.
Best for: Homes where the water is already soft but the taste and the pipework are not

Whole Home Salt-Free Conditioner
Scale control, without salt or a drain.
A conditioner changes the hardness minerals so they are far less likely to stick to your pipes, your heater element and your shower glass, without removing them and without using any salt. There is no regeneration cycle and no wastewater, which makes it the low-maintenance option and a good fit where a drain line is difficult. Worth being straight about the difference: it controls scale rather than removing hardness, so if you want the classic slippery soft-water feel, the softener is the one.
Best for: Homes that want scale control with no salt and no drain

City Water Dual Tank
Two tanks: one softens, one filters.
The bigger city-water build. A dedicated softening tank and a dedicated carbon tank, plumbed in at the point of entry so every tap, shower and appliance in the house is downstream of both. Treating in stages does each job properly rather than asking one bed of media to do everything, and both tanks backflush themselves to keep the system working for longer.
Best for: Larger homes on municipal supply, and anyone who wants the fullest city-water build

Well Water Dual Tank
Built for a well, a different job.
Out in The Acreage, Loxahatchee and the unincorporated parts of the county, plenty of properties are on their own well, and a well brings sediment, iron, sulfur odours and whatever else the ground it sits in has to give. This is a staged two-tank build with Katalox Light for the iron, designed specifically for private wells. Clearer water, no more rust staining in the laundry and on the fixtures, and the rotten-egg smell dealt with properly rather than masked.
Best for: Private wells anywhere in the county

Home Iron and Sulfur Removal System
For orange staining and the rotten-egg smell.
Iron and hydrogen sulfide have to be oxidised before anything can filter them out, which is why a softener on its own will never fix a sulfur smell, no matter who tells you otherwise. This system oxidises first and filters second, turning both into particles it can physically remove. The result is clear, odour-free water at every tap, and the end of rust stains in the sink and the laundry.
Best for: Any home with orange staining or a rotten-egg smell, usually, but not only, wells

Why this matters
It protects the expensive things
Water heaters, dishwashers, washing machines and the plumbing itself. Scale is what shortens their lives, and it accumulates quietly for years before anything visibly fails.
You feel it in the shower first
Soap rinses properly in soft water. Most people notice their skin and hair within about a week. It's the single most common thing customers mention in reviews.
Chlorine goes too
Our whole-home systems combine softening resin with coconut-shell carbon, so hardness and chlorine are handled in one tank rather than two pieces of equipment.
Questions
Whole Home Systems: common questions
Anything else, call Mike on (561) 354-3095. A real person answers.
Which whole-home system is right for my home?
It comes down to what the free test finds at your sink. Most city-water homes here have both hardness and chlorine or chloramine, which is why the Water Softener with Chlorine Filtration is our best seller. Water that already arrives soft suits the Whole Home Water Filter, scale control with no salt suits the Salt-Free Conditioner, and larger homes suit the City Water Dual Tank. Private wells get the Well Water Dual Tank or the Home Iron and Sulfur Removal System.
What is the difference between a whole-home system and a drinking water system?
A whole-home (point-of-entry) system treats all the water entering the house, so showers, laundry, the water heater and every tap get softened, filtered water. A drinking water system, reverse osmosis under the kitchen sink, treats the water you drink and cook with to a much finer level. Plenty of Palm Beach County homes want both, which is exactly what our softener plus reverse osmosis package covers, from $2,850 installed.
How long does a whole-home install take?
Usually half a day. We plumb the system in where the main line enters the house, in the garage or outside (with a faux rock or shed where it has to live outdoors), and we clean up before we leave. The price you agreed at the water test is the price at the end, and we beat competitors on time to install and on service.
How much does a whole-home water system cost?
Our softener plus reverse osmosis package starts at $2,850 installed, with a lifetime warranty. Your water, the size of your home and where the equipment can go decide the final figure, so the free in-home test, about 15 minutes at your kitchen sink, gives you one exact price before you decide. Installation is always included.
