About the free water test

Source: EPA: Consumer Confidence Reports
How long does the free water test take?
About 15 minutes at your kitchen sink. You watch the test, read the result yourself, and Mike explains what it means in plain terms before he leaves.
Is the water test really free?
Yes. It costs nothing and stays free whichever way you decide. If you want one, you also get an exact installed price on the spot.
How is the test different from my utility's water quality report?
Every community water system publishes an annual Consumer Confidence Report under EPA rules, and it describes the water leaving the plant. The free test measures what actually reaches your tap, after the pipes between the plant and your house, so the system we recommend matches your home.
What happens after the test?
You get a straight recommendation matched to the result and one exact price, with installation included and a lifetime warranty. Our softener plus reverse osmosis package starts at $2,850 installed. If you go ahead, a whole-home install is usually half a day and an under-sink reverse osmosis system about two hours.
Which areas do you cover?
Every community we serve in Palm Beach County, 32 in all, from Jupiter and Tequesta to Boca Raton, and out west to Wellington, The Acreage and Belle Glade, on city water or a private well.
